Tickets will be issued electronically upon successful booking. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent. Customers must carry a printed or digital copy of their ticket during travel.

3-7 days before travel: 25% of the ticket pric
Less than 3 days before travel: 50% of the ticket price.
No-show or after departure: No refund

Service fees or booking charges are non-refundable
